Life threw me a curve ball this week and I was blindsided by some emotions that I thought I had worked through. My son is dealing with anxiety and I can’t help but wonder if it is partly due to the divorce of his parents. It may not be related but it could be. So I just want to encourage you if you are facing similar emotions to take some time to deal with them. Sometimes you just don’t have the emotional energy to fulfill all of your commitments and that’s ok.
